Description from the supplier
A new type of Gudbrandsdalen cheese inspired by Anne Hov's original recipe from 1863. The Brunosten is cooked in the traditional way in pots at TINE Dairy Lom & Skjåk in Gudbrandsdalen. Cooking in pots produces a smoother and softer cheese. In line with the traditional recipe, the cheese is added with extra cream and browned for increased caramelisation - for the sake of taste.
