The real Bornholm mustard dates back to the 1950s and has been used several times
passed down from merchant to merchant. The mustard is produced today in Nexø,
but the recipe is still the same old one and a well-kept secret.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, vinegar, yellow and brown mustard seeds (non-EU), rapeseed oil, beer
(water, barley malt, barley, sugar, licorice, colouring E150c), salt, cinnamon, cloves, allspice.
