BORNHOLMER MUSTARD DILL/FARIN 300g

A lovely sweet mustard which is indispensable for grilled and smoked salmon, cod etc
trout. Use it where you use fox sauce. Very suitable as a dip for chips

The genuine Bornholm mustard dates back to the 1950s and has been used several times
passed down from merchant to merchant. The mustard is today produced in Nexø,
but the recipe is still the same old and a well-kept secret.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, vinegar, yellow and brown mustard seeds (not EU),
rapeseed oil, 5% sugar, beer (water, barley malt, barley, sugar, licorice, coloring E150c), salt,
1% dill, spices. Own weight 300 g.
