A STRONG mustard with a bite and rough texture. A hitter for grilled sausages, pickles and
people with a fondness for strong mustard. Developed for the Bornholm specialties such as grilled sausage and salt-fried herring.

The genuine Bornholm mustard dates back to the 1950s and has been used several times
passed down from merchant to merchant. The mustard is today produced in Nexø,
but the recipe is still the same old and a well-kept secret.

Ingredients: Water, yellow and brown mustard seeds (not EU), vinegar, sugar, beer (water,
barley malt, barley, sugar, licorice, coloring E150c), salt, spices Net weight 300 g.
