A STRONG mustard with a bite and coarse texture. A hit with grilled sausages, pickles and
people with a penchant for strong mustard. Developed for Bornholm specialties such as grilled sausage and salt-fried herring.

The real Bornholm mustard dates back to the 1950s and has been used several times
passed down from merchant to merchant. The mustard is produced today in Nexø,
but the recipe is still the same old one and a well-kept secret.

Ingredients: Water, yellow and brown mustard seeds (non-EU), vinegar, sugar, beer (water,
barley malt, barley, sugar, licorice, colouring E150c), salt, spices Net weight 300 g.
