Salami from elk, pig and cattle from Inderøy in Trøndelag. The elk salami is flavor-enhanced with traditional game spices and is smoked on beech chips and won gold in the Meat National Championship 2022. Inderøy Slaughterhouse manages food traditions in Inderøy and they are best known as an uncompromising producer of Inderøysodd, and have also produced quality products in cured meats and sausages for three generations . They only use Norwegian meat products. The product is packed in a protective atmosphere and has a non-edible outer layer. The moose salami tastes good on a platter, as a spread or snack. Feel free to try it together with blueberries, lingonberries or cricket jelly and a good bread. Temper before serving.
