Vossafår is Norway's most popular mutton sausage. The sausage is made at Voss and has a long and exciting history that starts all the way back in 1937. Although much of the work back then was based on manual work, the recipe itself and the smoking process are almost unchanged. Vossafår is therefore a genuine traditional Norwegian product with a unique taste.

131 g of meat is used for 100 g of finished sausage. meat (cattle, sheep 27%, pork, goat), salt, sugar, preservative (sodium nitrite).
