Suitable for all types of fish, in soups and sauces

Spice dip:
1 tbsp Reinhartsen fish seasoning, 1 carton sour cream/crème fraîche and 1 chopped red onion or a little garlic. Mix together in the sour cream carton and let it "steep" for half an hour in the fridge before use. Delicious as a dip for most things!
