Synnøve Fløtemys is a mild brown cheese with a delicate, light colour. The cheese is made from cow's milk and is therefore milder than traditional goat's cheese. Fløtemys tastes just as good on bread and shortbread as it does on pastries (buns, waffles, etc.).

Al Synnøve brown cheese is produced at our factory in Alvdal. Here, all brown cheese is stewed in traditional iron pots, which contributes to the delicious caramel-like taste!
