Brunost is the classic on the Norwegian breakfast table. Synnøve Gudbrand is a traditional brown cheese made with cow's and goat's milk, which gives it a characteristic and rich taste. Gudbrand also goes well in sauces, especially for game. Al Synnøve brown cheese is produced at our factory in Alvdal. Here, all brown cheese is stewed in traditional iron pots, which contributes to the delicious caramel-like taste!
