Ingredients
For 100 g of the finished product, 125 g of meat raw material from cattle and sheep is used. beef heart, blood (pig), salt, prunes, spices, garlic, preservative e250, antioxidant e301, starter culture. spices are irradiated. smoked with beech chips.
