TORO White sauce is a basic sauce with a wide range of uses. It is perfect as a sauce for fish balls or fish cakes, but also as a bechamel sauce in lasagne or as a base for your own fish sauce. Add an egg yolk just before serving for a richer sauce. Easy to like, easy to make.
