Grilstad Jubelsalami is Norway's most eaten salami. Juicy, tasty and round in taste. This is the salami that has accompanied generations on the breakfast table and in food packages.
Ingredients
For 100 g of finished product, 114 g of beef and pork meat, lard, salt, irradiated spices (including fenugreek), garlic, starter culture, antioxidant (rosemary extract E392) and preservative (sodium nitrite E250) are used.
