Herring's seasoned fillets are whole skinless and boneless herring fillets bathed in Herring's special sauce which gives the fillet an extra edge. Ready to enjoy, but can be watered down a little if you want it milder. Serve with dill-boiled new potatoes, sour cream and chopped chives - this is real summer food. The fillet can also be used as a starting point for various homemade herring salads - all year round.
