With Vossakjøt's cured meat, we have developed the mild smoky taste, the extra-tender meat comes from stove smoking where temperature, humidity and not least time are decisive for the result: Not too long, not too short, but just enough to bring out the taste of game and beautiful Westland!

For 100g of the finished product, 140g of raw materials from reindeer, deer and pig, salt, spices (irradiated), smoked are used. added: preservative e250, antioxidant e301.
