Ridder® is a putty-ripened cheese with a soft and supple consistency. The taste is mild but characteristic. The cheese is made from pasteurized milk and cream, and salt, rennet and nitrate are added.

Ingredients

Pasteurized milk and cream , acid culture, salt, microbial rennet, ripening culture, preservative (sodium nitrate) and coloring (annatto extract norbixin).
