Our dry fish is caught in the north-east Atlantic and dried in Iceland. The raw materials are refined and packed by local professionals in modern facilities. When drying, approx. 70% of the water in the fish disappears, while all the nutrients remain. This is a healthy snack that is consumed in large quantities and the dried fish contains a whopping 84% protein, as well as being rich in iodine and B12.
