Piano® Vanilla Cream for Baking is a brand new vanilla cream specially developed for yeast-raised baking and other baking that requires heat treatment. It holds its shape better after baking than Piano® Original Vanilla Cream, which is best suited for cake creams and fillings. Piano® Vanilla Cream for Baking also contains visible vanilla seeds.

Ingredients

Skimmed milk , cream , 8% sugar, modified starch, flavouring, stabiliser (sodium alginate, carrageenan, diphosphates, calcium sulphate), gelatin (from bovine), vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, colour (carotenes).
